Syracuse clear #2 in final consensus rankings

In the final set of Ken Massey's consensus ranking summary of 32 human and computer polls, Syracuse finished well behind Kentucky, but more than a half point ahead of #3 Ohio State . . . tOSU was closer to 4th than to 2nd.

The top ten:

2. Syracuse
3. Ohio State
4. Kansas
5. North Carolina
6. Michigan St.
7. Missouri
8. Baylor
9. Wisconsin
10. Marquette

Louisville (12) and Georgetown (16) were the only other Big East squads in the top 25.
