T Hunt

I'm sold
Needs a lot of work on his throwing. He's getting better but he still has a long ways to go to become an efficient passer. As they were saying during the game, hes a thrower not a passer. He needs to get his arm angle corrected before he is going to be consistent.

Should have earned the #1 job going in to Spring Ball. Needs work on his throwing as above but more in terms of consistency. I don't see a freshman- be it true or redshirt- taking this team from him.

I'm not sold...yet. Passes over 15-20 yards are still questionable but I will say he has proved me wrong. Never thought he would be part of the equation going into next season but he def. is!

He's in a good place going into his Junior season. Its a good feeling to know that neither QB or RB are a position of need next season..

I like the mojo of our team going into next season.

Hunt is only a sophomore, but these last 2 games against Boston College and Minnesota he has won me over. He has improved over the season, and while his passing isn't perfect yet it will improve and he has shown tools to be an effective BCS level QB.

The offense looked good tonight all night, and if he we had an effective FG kicker, and didn't shoot ourselves in the foot multiple times with penalities we score a lot more points. Minnesota's defense did nothing to slow us down we slowed ourselves done. That game was one of the most lopped side 4 point games I have ever seen. We were the better team practically the whole game and Wilkes brain fart gave them the lead and I thought we were done after the missed FG, but we won,

Terrel Hunt really showed me a lot tonight and showed he has to quote Bill Raftery "onions"

Hunt's end of the season play has showed that he's a guy you can win with. He's improving as a passer, has made very few mistakes, and keeps the chains moving with his legs as well.

Given that our running game should be strong again, and the WR play should improve, he should be good enough to give us a solid offense next year.

His improvement over the season is a testament to his hard work and persistence. I look forward to watching his progress.

Hunt is what we have lacked since Donovan left, someone who knows hoe to win games. With better receivers coming in, possibly one or both of our red shirt projects being able to play. McGloster, Burton both have what you can't teach size 6-7-303, 6-6-317, Perles seems to be a good teacher, Hickey he has not been good the last few games.

Sometimes he seems to be running in slow motion but mink, he makes guys miss tackles!

He has many weapons, and that makes him dangerous. When his Passing gets better, watch out.
I don't think he was sacked once tonight, although he had that intentional grounding call. Either way he moves the chains forward.

I'm in. I just wish there was somewhere he could practice throwing all winter with his wr's

Manley works

Hunt will not only be our starter until he graduates he will be our leader and team captain. Forget arm strenght, 40 speed, he has it. The kid is a winner a gamer and it is very evident that he has the respect of his teamates and is well liked. His passing has improved so much over the season that i fully expect him to become a better than average passer. In many respects he is just learning the game. I belive that he is just scratching the surface of his talent and that by the middle to end of next year he is going to become a special player. The kid has it.
