We did it! Thanks to everyone for your generosity and support. We have established a Team syracusefan.com on the Tackle ALS website. We currently rank at number 62 of the 100+ teams registered. We needed an initial $1000 donation to establish our team but now that we've blown that away you can simply click on the link, click on "Donate" and contribute any amount of $1 or more. This team page will stay open through the life of the campaign and anyone withing to make an incremental contribution can add a donation at any time:

And blowing away Team Deion Sanders! Plan was just for the Clemson game. This week benefits the Tenth Mountain Division Association. It will be our fourth year supporting that group and we will have representatives at the tailgate to talk about their good work and to draw the winning number.

Beyond that we do have some equipment needs that have to be filled due to our exploding size. The 50-50 bought the grill, catering boxes, chafing dishes, sound system, tv room, koozies and much more. And there are some other philanthropic initiatives I would love to pursue - The Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation for one. That being said I love the idea of an annual or semi annual contribution to TackleALS. We'll put it before the Fine Mess Executive Committee and see how the group feels.
