I said it in the game thread, I can't believe they didn't try to take a couple shots down field. Doesn't UNLV know that 50+ yard field goals against us are guaranteed to go in?

I won't bother to look to see if he a defensive coach but that is a classic "what decision maximizes the time where we have a chance" instead of maximizing the chance of winning

If OT is 50/50 (debatable), what is more likely, UNLV picking up a chunk of yards, or turning it over?
