If the catholic seven vote to dissolve the league there might be a lot of current and almost Big east teams looking to fill some holes in their schedule. Perhaps we could even get a temple or Memphis or even SMU team to fill our void. It will be interesting to say the least if the league is disolved

It could also be worse. If the BE FB schools go off to CUSA and the MWC then they likely play 9 conference games vs the 8 they would have played in the BE. Meaning one less OOC slot. If the ACC vs MD mess isn't solved and MD isn't allowed to leave early, RU and UL would be Indy for a year. However it is in UL, RU, Cincy, USF, Temple, and UConn's best interests to add one more school for 2013 and then disband. Why? Because that is the last year of the BCS. Those 6 schools would have access to the BCS game and get $3.5 million each.

W/Big East hoops schools unable to dissolve league, earliest Louisville (ACC) & Rutgers (B1G) could leave is 2014

As long as we're not playing a BE team that we would normally play when we were in the conference.
