The bye week blues

The bye weeks always seem to be an interesting time for the players and staff, I'm curious on how well Coach Mac did during his first bye week and the following first time SU coaches?

There just seems to be a lot involved with this particular week for the players and staff and I've always wondered what would be the best way to get the most out of it?

Andy Reid in Philly and KC has an excellent post bye week record. Have the GM send someone to shadow the Chiefs during their bye week between 10/8-10/19 to see how bye wee business is handled properly.
