Six meals a day?

Quit smoking?

Have more girl friends?

Eat at the waffle House every day?

The girlfriends burn calories, so that won't work.

Smoke pot instead - munchies!

Eat at Cracker Barrel every day -
I have never seen a skinny person in there (except myself and my family, the few times we've ever been to one)

Loan him out to Coach Edinger for the summer. :cool:

Stop smoking would be a start. It's not rocket science eat more carbs do less cardio lift weights.

What a great idea for a TV reality show. Instead of a bunch of fat people trying to lose weight, have a bunch of J.J. Walker types gorging themselves to try and gain weight!!! Pure Gold!!!
You’d have too many ”winners”.

And the answer to the question posed in the OP is nothing. Not going to happen. Unless he gets married to a nice Italian girl, goes on with life for ten years or so, then invents a time machine To get himself back to 2020-2021 Syracuse.
