Don't worry. We decided to call a competitive game with under 5 minutes remaining. We got 'em right where we want em.

Appalling. I would have abandoned the run altogether and used screen passes and quick outs to the receivers to move the ball like they did in the fourth. I wrote that earlier in the day and was shocked that Babers/Lynch didn't do it until it was too late.

agree. But the Oline held up pretty decent. Many times Tommy had hours to throw back there

Yup year 4 and we still have absolutely zero run game.

the fact that we are still bringing in grad kids to play tackle is just a scary thought. All the mistakes Alexander made but if he isnt out there we dont trust anyone?

At least down the stretch we didnt just have jail brake every pass

Had we made 1 clean block we had green grass all night but we never had all 5 make blocks on the same play

Devito sacked himself on most of those because he doesn’t let it go to guys who are open. The OLine I thought held up and did a pretty good job overall. He had time throughout the game.

Early in the game he had time. It went to hell quickly after. This line reminds me of the Mets bullpen. You can't depend on them and they will lose you a game by themselves.

Crazy thing is you look at the box score and you see 28-39 , 300 yards, 1 TD 0 INT. In baseball terms this would be known as an accumulator. Someone who puts up good stats, but really doesn't make a difference. Deceptive

They weren't good but there were plays where Devito had time and failed to see open guys, held the ball way too long, and ran into sacks. He ran out of bounds twice where he could've thrown it away. He missed that obvious slant to Jackson that would have been a touchdown. That was a simple quick read that needs to be seen everytime.

At some point its not about game experience and learning from mistakes anymore. Its whether someone has the mental game. I'm having my doubts.

Lynch just isn’t the guy. Sean Lewis is definitely missed badly. This system in year 4 is worse than year 1. At least they played fast then and it was fun to watch. Dungey made plays last year all year to make these coaches look good and now they lose a game only giving up 16? Cmon now
