He is currently at 874 and is averaging 10 points a game.

we have a minimum of 13 games remaining.

Triche will go probably down as the all time winningest player and score 1400+ points, 400ish assists, 300+ rebounds and 100+ steals.

Lets get him an ncaa champ and put him in the top 10 of all time.

lol... unless he wins two titles and its mainly because of him, he will never be even close to a top 10 all time Orangeman.

I was thinking about this last night. The past 3 seasons we are 77-13. Not too shabby.

For once I can't answer a yes or no poll. He has the potential to be the best player and his skill is under valued however at the same time if he would be aggressive everyone would be raving about him. Really tough question I am going to need more time

I was thinking about Triche getting to 1,000. No doubt in my mind, he'll get there in mid-March.

BTW, the game notes for the two most recent games incorrectly list Triche's points. They have him at over 900 already.

Have we ever had a year when three players get to a 1000 pts? That's pretty cool!

BT is a guy who will play pro, most likely Europe, but I can't rule out the NBA, for years. He will dominate those leagues and make a great living. He has a chance next year to be great as he will be the face of the team. Wonder if he takes ownership over it?!

He could blow up in his senior year...or he could be an enigma. Next year will make him or break him as far as a Syracuse great. He has the skill to be an AA next year.

He's good at what he does; but no way will he be a top 10 player of all time for Cuse. Obviously the wins have more to do with the teams he plays on, he's not Melo.

Brandon could have a huge season next year and could have last year or this year IMO. It seems like he is always just about to become a great player. He's been a very good college player and will continue to improve. He does so many things well especially fitting in with the team concept. He started on an excellent team as a freshman, very good team as a sophmore, and excellent team as a junior and more than likely will start on an excellent team next year.

Its pretty hard to have a senior guard better than Scoop because if they are much better they are off to the NBA or not willing to wait their turn. Yet we will be in that situation two seasons in a row with an excellent senior guard. Perhaps neither Scoop nor Brandon will ever play in the NBA but its almost a blessing in disguise to have a guy who isn't quite good enough to go to the NBA.

brandon triche is a key cog in this machine. he's never gonna get the headlines but he is major contributor.

Triche seems to relish the role of 3rd/4th option. He can still contribute and he has no pressure or spotlight. Last year, he seemed very uncomfortable, trying to get his own offense. Hopefully that will improve when he is needed more next year, with Waiters and Scoop gone.

He is going to have to have a great senior season to even be considered to be a top 20 all time player.

Hanson, Schwartzer, Bing, Washington, Douglas, Coleman, Owens, Wallace, Anthony, Warrick, W Johnson...these guys were all All Americans, many were players of the year or close to players of the year and there are other AAs out there as well. I think you have to be at that level (player of the year or close to it) to even be considered to be a top 10 player ever for the Syracuse program.

It is no shame to be a 4 year starter on some of the most successful teams in the history of the program.

Completely incorrect.

Interestingly, Bilas and the other announcers at the Pitt game said: "JB believes next year Triche will be the lead scorer and play PG more than 2-guard.

If Waiters is gone...I believe this will be true
