College Football Rankings First Look: (7-6) Can the defense keep the production going? That was a veteran group that was so good early, now the offense has to do more.

Rutgers comes in at #67, over ranked as usual. But I have faith that Shady can fail yet again and the Rutgers AD can run another record or near-record budget deficit.
