Technically, it was still a hurricane (Matthew) when we played that game the night of 10/8/16. However, the storm's center never got further west of I-95 and continued traveling in a northeast direction and out to sea around near the Virginia Beach area. Matthew's outer bands largely impacted the game with heavy rains and gusty winds, upwards of 40 MPH.

On an aside, it seems like Wake has had consecutive very productive #10 QB's for well over what appears like two decades now.

One should expect quality play from Wake's QBs since they all get 10 years of eligibility. I think Rusty LaRue finally used up all of his a year or two ago.
