Every team plays 8 conference games.
4 home games 4 road games.

Training camp in February.

Season starts March 13.

Play March 13, 20, 27
April 3, 10, 17, 24
May 1.

Conference championship games May 8.

4 team playoff May 22
National Championship game May 31 Memorial Day Monday.

why can't we have bowls in this scenario? feel like there would be demand.

The schedule makes sense. Don't see how there will be room to fit OOC games in. Could be pretty hot in Miami on Memorial Day.

I assume the NFL draft would be moved back.
NFL draft is scheduled for April 29 to May 1st.

I don’t know if they would switch that up.

Maybe the NFL would push it back 2 weeks.

I am sure several top prospects for that draft will opt out of a spring season as well.

The first four weeks would overlap March Madness. Or would the basketball schedule be rearranged?

Spring football would be a disaster
If no vaccine this virus has already proven it has no season . This virus has now hit all four seasons . Some Kids will grad transfer out , Sr’s can also graduate and have no need for the scholly anymore and skip football . Some will opt for the draft , it’s also recruiting season . What about the NFL draft ? And the months of ore draft prep .. and I’m sure there’s more I’m missing . Competition with ncaa tourneys , spring break etc .

The starting rosters would look much different in spring. Most Sr's that think they are a draft lock sit out. (up to 4? times more than really are.) Other Jr.s will "bet on themselves" sit out, and declare. Sr.'s (or others) with an available RS still left? Why would they play? From a players perspective, there are many issues with spring. I wouldn't expect it to look the same. Barely even close.
