Non-marvel movie.

My pick is Glengarry Glen Ross.

Pacino, Lemon, Arkin, Baldwin, Pryce, Harris, Spacey.

The longest day

Wayne. burton, fonda, connery, mitchum then add red buttons. paul anka, robery ryan, eddie albert, rod stieger, robery wagner, george Segal. roddy mcdowall, fabian

Or what about another WW2 movie based on a Cornelius Ryan book - A Bridge Too Far.
It's got Sean Connery, Robert Redford, Gene Hackman, Michael Caine, Laurence Olivier, Anthony Hopkins, Maximilian Schell, Hardy Kruger, James Caan, and so many others.
I don't think it was a critical success but I loved it when it aired on tv.

Ok, hear me out here, but the first X-Men had some talent:

Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellan - legends
Launched Hugh Jackman, huge star
Halle Berry and Anna Paquin, solid award winning movie stars
Famke Janssen and Scott Marsden, not award winners but have had significant careers
Ray Park, a more significant addition than it seems at first for his standing in cinema fight choreography
Rebecca Romijn, legitimate crossover talent from modeling to acting

Surprisingly deep cast for the movie that singlehandedly legitimized the superhero film genre after the Batman franchise went off the rails, right?

Thin Red Line

Gangs of New York

The Longest Day

The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises each has (have?) a pretty impressive lineup of actors/actresses.

Not a movie but to me the casting in Game of Thrones is pretty close to perfect.

The Expendables, but I feel like that is cheating.

Saving Private Ryan has to be up there.

Hard to beat The Longest Day, but I’d add From Here to Eternity (Lancaster, Sinatra, Borgnine, Reed, Kerr, Clift, Warden) and Boogie Nights (Reynolds, Wahlberg, Cheadle, Moore, Hoffman, Reilly, Guzman, Graham, Macy).

The greasers
Was going to mention this one.

Trying to mention movies not already in here.

LOTR, Con Air, The rock, this is the end (not a masterpiece but casting yes)

hard without looking at my movies.

I love Con Air but I don't think anyone's goal was to win film awards.
This was more of an 'I-want-to-be-able-to-buy-a-castle-in-Europe' acting opportunity.
