I love watching the games. But I also like following the player's from recruitment through graduation or leaving for the NBA. The players are very interesting. I like it when the players work hard through the program and then become superstars. Last year when Cooney was struggling he made his first big 3 in front of a large home crowd and the place went nuts. The expression on Trevor's face at that moment was awesome! It's hard not to share each player's excitement as they clear the personal hurdles. The game was some December cream puff but Cooney making that shot was just as fun for me as watching our final four game. But not as much fun as beating Indiana! Beating Indiana in Sweet 16 is still not getting old!

But the true beauty of college hoops is that you can overcome an early season whoops and keep playing long after the other teams are done.
