Will all these issues lead Syracuse boosters to want a new coach for the new conference? Will Boeheim, who is no spring chicken, be ready to retire?

Why not add an ACC championship to his record. The man is going to stay until he decides he doesnt want to anymore. Lets just hang on for the ride.

What would the wishes of Syracuse boosters have to do with this? I'm sure JB welcomes the idea of rolling up the wins in a generally overrated ACC.

I already consider us an ACC team. We've filed for divorce, we're just waiting on the papers to get signed.

I hope so! I'm sure this has taken its toll. I would have said yes before. If we stay BE for one more year in Bball then i think not.

The feeling has always been a few more years IMO. I think the 900 number was probably his goal due to our recent results of kicking serious ass. After his comments last yr or two years ago, he was definitely getting us ready. I think next year is it. He better do two things:

1. Let us know before he's done, so we can really appreciate it and send him off well. I'll be in attendance for his last game no matter where it is!

2. Reach 900 and put himself in 2nd place all time. That means coming back next year he needs to win, what TEN FU%&#?G GAMES? We got that much with Carter-Wiliams!

I hope Calhoun steps down this year and JB finishes his career 50 games ahead of him. It'll be nice if JB can call and remind him of this nugget on Calhoun's birthday each and every year. Let's call it "The Marbury Revenge" for that shifty ol talker.
