Rutgers have invested more than anyone. His team mate early enrolled there and Brown was a silent verbal to rutgers until he was convinced to let his recruitment play out.

A majority of these highly rated players go to the same schools and than a majority enter the portal one to two years later. That is where su needs to focus. Build a relationship early but figure it will be better positioned the second time around.
