It's an old artists rendering that's been bouncing around the interwebs for years.

Meechi must have done a search for Dome images and came up with that.

I've seen it, I just didn't know who put those images in the tweet, and I didn't even consider that a prospect would use it, but I guess there are more than a few who have never seen or been to the Dome. Kinda scary really.
