THAT is something to build on going into the ACC Tourney. Hopefully a good week of practice follows, and Trevor gets his stroke back.
I was listening to Colin Cowherd the other day and he made this interesting point about how sometimes GREAT individual performances can start slumps. Said players get too inside their own heads after it, and keep trying to re-create what happened. Instead of just playing, they're constantly trying to "find" that game again. Sounds a lot like Trevor's issue right now.
He got a couple to fall in the second half, they have five days to rest and recuperate and can go into the ACC tourney with clear minds. Great game to build momentum.

Its not a surprise our offense is tied to good defense. we got lots of transition opportunities today, and was excited to see us trying to push the pace as much as we did.

It really was a nice game from CJ. He had only one play that I remember thinking was a bad idea (got the ball and spun immediately from the wing and attacked like 3 defenders and threw the ball away), but otherwise he played within himself. Of course when he shoots it as well as he did today, it makes his offense seem great.
