Western Michigan: Nick Sanchez, who has previous stops at the University of Albany (FCS – NY), Ave Maria (NAIA – FL) and Syracuse, has been hired to coach the corners.

Hawaii: Michael Ghobrial has joined the staff as special teams coordinator. His coaching stops include UCLA, Syracuse, Colorado Mesa, Tartleton State, and Detroit Lions. Ghobrial most recently served as defensive line coach and special teams coordinator at Tartleton State (D-II – TX).

Eastern Illinois (FCS): EIU has completed their staff with the addition of Syracuse defensive graduate assistant Adam Gristick as the new linebackers coach. Gristick played linebacker for the program from 2010-14.
