Haha. I AM quite the loyal fan. I'm second guessing that it is today as JB and Hopkins are flying overnight back to Syracuse. They may go home, and go to sleep. And they moved my husband's surgery up a couple of hours today, and White may not know the new schedule and may get confused.

We've had many a player who's names were a color
with Green, Red, and Brown and a couple of others
But when White's the new Orange and the moment draws near
The Cuse will be postured for one hell of a year!

With Chuckwu and Battle, Robey, Lydon and Coleman
add Howard, Moyer,TeeTee , Gillon and White
We can tailor our line up for each team we will fight.

There may be bumps early and could see a loss
but by end of the season we'll surely be boss!
JB will coach them into a well oiled machine
and we'll pummel opponents with margins obscene!

We've all waited long and the Cuse paid it's dues
for a team that while dancing just refuses to lose
Soon Andrew White three will become the final piece in the puzzle
and in April Cream Ale for all Orange fans to guzzle!

Moyer is wearing #3 mostly as a tribute to G-Mac. It'll be interesting to see what happens. Maybe AW3 settles for #33.

Moyer is already Orange through and through, but I'm not so sure he'll want to give up #3 as he thinks the world of G-Mac...


It will be interesting as AW3 is only going to need it for a year...

At some point, AW3 is going to have to settle with a number other than 3. I believe that time should come this year as I don't like the idea of Moyer being asked to give it up. Now, if he ends up red shirting and not playing any, then giving the number to AW3 for just one year, seems reasonable.

Agree abt Gerry, but what abt Carmelo? Arguably the greatest contributor in the history of Syracuse basketball, along with JAB.

I agree... and there was this other kid by the name of Carmelo that was pretty decent too. And one that sometimes is overlooked... Billy Edelin. Both those guys could ball a bit!
