Think of the DLeague as an A/AA baseball club. That's how far away these guys are from the NBA. The types of players you generally see coming out of the DLeague are the Von Wafers and Smush Parkers of the world. Andy should go overseas and make significantly more money. He's had his NBA burn, there isn't a long NBA career ahead of him, there is no team just waiting to "notice" him. The scouts are plenty aware of what's going on at that level.
