I was very pleased with my performance this weekend. I had an omelet from Graham Dining Hall with a side of fruit. I got in a great workout. I updated my wardrobe for the cold weather with knits and sweats, studied film, had a great team meeting, and readied myself for the time change next weekend. You can never be too prepared.
