Delayed Reaction

Finally had a chance to watch the entire game from Sunday. Overall, I was very impressed with our team's ability to put points on the board and buckle down when it was on the line. Random thoughts:
1. We have a lot of guys who are top notch offensive players
2. Goaltending was very good from both guys. Key saves and good control of the defense.
3. Lecky is the odd man out. Of our top 9 offensive players he seems to be the least effective. Would not be surprised to see some other players get some of his runs.
4. Daddio and the wings (especially Ciferri and Messina) are much improved. Got to find a way to help get the ball out of Daddios stick a bit easier.
5. Staats is good.
6. Defense slid way too early all game. Tait was ball watching and his guy (91) took advantage.
7. Lacrosse starts too early. First game should be a standard March 1st.
8. Inside Lacrosse missed on their guess of 10k fans, but a great crowd none the less.
9. Got to clean up the careless mistakes or our conference does will feast on them.

Looking forward to taking the family up to the dome on Saturday, I hope no one steals my parking spot.
