IL Staff Picks: Week 6

Johns Hopkins vs. Syracuse, in the Carrier Dome. It doesn't get much better than that.

But in terms of the IL Staff picks, it's almost all Orange favored for the game. Christian Swezey is the lone person to pick the Blue Jays for Saturday's contest.

For Notre Dame vs. Virginia, it's all Irish.

There are a few wildcards this week, but mostly it's a lot of bulletin-board material for the underdogs.

cornell 5-4 at the half vs yale.. again winning all the stat lines but few shots on goal and the ones that are the yale goalie is saving. pouring rain storm at yale. cornell seems to have angered the weather gods this year.

cornell comes back from 3-2 in the first to roll yale 14-7 in a game that was not that close. cornell has the ball almost the entire last 3 quarters shut yale out in the 3rd.

SU should really be thankful for the IPF this year. much quicker start than normal.. Cornell had their first week of outdoor practice last week and it showed in the game vs Yale, much better passing and fewer turnovers.
