The technology is very good though not perfect. If you let your eye go there you realize you can see through the image. The music of course was awesome. Live musicians included 3 guitars, 1 drum and two back up singers(one of whom I fell in love with repeatedly during the show). The thing of course most missing was an emotional connection between artist and audience. That made it weird.

Saw it last night, in Rochester. Agree with Toga. Very cool way to stage a tribute show. I think I'd prefer a really good impersonator but barring that, I'd go see one of those again. I guess there's going to be a Whitney Houston tour, next year.

Cheap joke alert: Roy Orbison appears to be more animated, now that he's dead.

And I see what you mean about the backup singer.
