Is it ok to rename your dog?

I have a 5 year old dog his name is Osi. But since the real Osi got traded from the Giants I would like to rename my dog Justin. Do you think I can pull it off?

I'll make this easy for you... Giants fan... SU fan... want a name that will last and has meaning for both???

New Name: Tyrie

...and Ty for short is a great nickname...

he'll respond to it... sit with him for 10 minutes, pat him on the head, and call him "tyrie" then feed him a kibble from your hand about 25 times in a row... He will remember that name...

i went down to the rescue shelter the day after the arkansas game and there were 3 dogs named MOTEN.
