Some positions have had multiple picks over the years, others, not.

There have been undrafted guys who have made marks in the league - this is a breakdown of the last draft class we had a player picked in, regardless of round.

The last offensive positional player to make any impact in the NFL was Mike Williams (RIP). It's absurd, actually.

It’s almost as if the bottom of the conference recruiting rankings each year actually meant something. Even if some posters willed them to be meaningless.

On 247 they list the top 25 recruits rated for the school since they started.
6 out of the 25 come from the recruits Fran has brought in. I counted Duce, even though he came in first from High School.

I'm not super excited about UDFAs, but one notable exception is Olinda Mare. He had a nice long NFL career, banged in 356 field goals and 1,555 points, and made a Pro Bowl.

That was a long time ago though too, just more recent than the last kicker drafted.

RB - ??? (dunno if LQJ will get dinged for his lack of top end, hope he has a great year)
WR - OG
OG - Bleich had a really good year?
C - ??? (Big General would have to kick it up several notches…. Go do it big guy!)
OT - ????? (Our boy Cruz has a LONG way to go)

DT - ????
DE - ???? (How good is Diggs?)
LB - Wax has an outside shot of pulling a Zaire
CB - ????
S - Barron/Clark??? Not sure if they have the speed/size respectively, others would know better

Good God we haven’t had a center drafted in almost 30 years, that’s bonkers

It’s almost as if the bottom of the conference recruiting rankings each year actually meant something. Even if some posters willed them to be meaningless.

Same thing happened over on the basketball side, it’s crazy. Whats even more fun is going through some of the “good riddance”, “we’re better off”, and “player X” is a far better than “player Y” when player X doesn’t even have an offer from directional state 3 minutes from his high school.

The lack of skill players not drafted and really not even close makes it surprising we performed at the level we did. Even the offensive guys selected (Nassib, Tiller) in the last decade were barely NFL talent. Hoping to see that change soon.

Macky was an all conference quality center just wasn't NFL size.
