Devil is coaching for job preservation. Not really on the hot seat this year after last, but an extra win this season lightens the need to deliver as many wins next season.

Coaches don’t entirely think like fans. 6-11 record seems like a waste of effort to a fan vs 2-15. But it means a lot in self preservation.

Frans probably done a better job adding offense than defense in the portal so it’s OK but if we were hurting for bodies on that side it would be correct for us to be mad at Dabol for holding his RB coach hostage.
