I'll occassionally say "CULMINATION" because I find it hilarious and no one knows what I'm talking about. I love this speech.
I love dumb comedy coach speeches. If you've never heard it, listen to Coach Hisler (Johnny Be Good) pre-game speech. It's pretty offensive by today's standards so I won't post it here. Just google Johnny Be Good pre game speech.

Late with this , but what the hell -it's all good about Nixon:

In 2016, he was hired by the San Francisco 49ers to coach the tight ends position.[3] In 2017, Nixon became the co-offensive coordinator/play-caller and running backs coach for the Baylor Bears[4] under Matt Rhule for the next three years. In the 2018 season, Baylor averaged 460 yards of total offense (including 290 yards passing per game), ranking in the Top 20, in the country, in both total offense and total passing. In the 2019 season, the Nixon led offense averaged 36 points per game (17th in the country) and helped guide Baylor to a Top 10 rank and a Sugar Bowl berth playing against the Georgia Bulldogs.

Came here to ask the same thing. Given the ridiculously low number of black coaches who get head jobs, I wouldn't be surprised if it has never happened at a non-HBCU. If we are the first, it is something to be proud of.
David Shaw's first two staffs at Stanford had Pep Hamilton as OC and Derek Mason at DC.

At least we don't have to worry about waiting for him to come late due to the playoffs...:):)

Has a college team ever had an Af-Am HC, DC, and OC?
Maryland right now has an Af-Am HC, Co-OCs, DC, Special Teams Coordinator and AD.

Not a fan of our OC not being here for over a month. I would think the Giants would let him leave so it's a little strange. That is an important month for him to be here and evaluate our offensive talent and get in the players he wants.
