Dino Babers is the best coaching decision SU could have made and it will continue to pay dividends well into the future. Hiring the right coordinators, changing your scheme when its not working, building a brand to attract talent, and embrace being the public face of the University is what the HC role is. There have been disappointments along the way, but he has gotten it right when he has needed to. I am so glad ADJW stuck by HCDB and invested in the vision and success off the program.
