My speech would go something like this:
"We play our game. We're here for a reason. Ignore the seed, it's not important. We're on their level. They have to beat us. We do what got us here and don't forget what we're good at and what we do best. Why not us? Why not us? There's just as much a chance that we make history as anyone else. Let go of your fear, air it out, communicate out there, and most importantly stay loose."
It's going to happen one of these years. These kids don't need some fiery speech to get them going. They need something that will keep them grounded and play the game that got them there.
