Is OSU the kind of program that would block a transfer to a conference mate? If so, that might help.

Unfortunately, they can. But the rule goes by school or conference. Unless the rule has changed since last May, the NCAA says nothing about blocking. Sometimes it's just a coach being a .

Despite the foot, he did play mop up duty vs. illinois. The hope would be the foot hindered his development. With RT open, could be a good spot for him, but it sounds like it could be a real competition.

I think his arms are a normal length. He just has a head like Beetlejuice.
