I remember my best workout ever(I wasnt able to repeat the results) was when I was playing Sabbath's greatest hits and I wish for your spirits to be lifted in like manner.

Iommi, my wife has beat it 3 times, last time 15 years ago in March. And the odds are much better today. Hit it hard.
