Just wondering if anyone has any insight on any changes the new S&C staff has made to pre game meals/hydration, etc. if any?
I have no idea how it's been handled in the past, but I know it shouldn't be just a night before meal and hydration plan. It should be a multiple day plan. And with the volume of plays we plan on running, it seems more important than ever! Maybe some of the dads on here may have some thoughts on it?
 
From the sounds of it, a bunch of NOS, Red Bull and buggar sugar brownies.
