3. Daron Bryden is on pace for history

With six passing touchdowns in a 47-0 win over Plainville on Friday, Bloomfield junior quarterback Daron Bryden set a new program record with 69 career touchdowns, besting Jason Manson’s mark of 65 set in 2001.


After the game, Bryden said he’d like to finish his career with 125. The state record is 113, set by Woodland’s Tanner KIngsley in 2013.
