There were a few times when ND got the lead, and we held strong when previous teams haven't been able to. Very good sign!

I remember that year, it prompted me to get my season ticket. On the one hand Q ended up being quite the ahole from that era but then we were blessed with FLJ. So I'll take the other hand.

I just realized, possibly because my gummy kicked in, that this season feels a lot like the old Big East days. we would have so many big games against top 20 teams that you were just always up for the next one. and those teams might be better than their rankings because they’re all so good they just beat up on each other. We haven’t experienced this in 11 years.

Seems there is a lot more parity in women's bball than the folks ranking the teams understand. The same happened with men's bball way back in the 90's. There was a time when no one had ever heard of Gonzaga.
