Got into town after quite a flight experience. We aborted our landing 2 times due to winds in excess of those allowed at the moment of landing, and due to an emergency on the runway. The emergency was the plane with the SU alumni reps. They believed the hydraulics had gone out on the plane, and were met by the fire department on landing. We made it in on our 3rd attempt. If not we were going to be diverted to Louisville.
Men's game watch last night was well attended. A few players were there at the beginning, having had dinner at the restaurant before. Many of the players families watched with us.
Today the players seem to be chilling around the hotel with their families. I am guessing they have free time until the game. They leave here at 5:45 an we will have a pep rally to send them off on the team bus. They seem very relaxed, and not nervous. Hopefully we will have a good outcome tonight!!!
