We lose, a new coach will come in , there will be some misguided optimism, and in three or four years we will be talking about the next coach ……rinse , repeat. I’m so fing sick of it ! Especially the posters that are almost gleeful at each coaches demise .

One very good year (2018)
One ok year (2022)
Four years going on five that we shot ourselves in the foot (poor coaching decisions to cost us one or two games, that prevented wins and bowl appearance) - 2016, 2017, 2019, 2021
One horrific Gerg like year (2020)

It's time for a change.

2019 and 2021 should have been bowl years, probably 2017 as well.

One constant has been Dino.

Unfortunately you missed my point, I wasn’t lobbying for Dino to stay , hell I think he is saying to himself “ get me outta here “ and I wouldn’t blame him.
