Wow, he really came alive in the 2nd half. He had 6 points on 1/3 shooting at half I think.

Edit: As a matter of fact, the announcers were talking about how Derrick Williams and Wes have been such disappointments in the summer league and haven't looked like top 5 picks at all.

Yes Rick Adelman was interviewed yesterday and said Wes is not aggressive enough and shies away from contact, and he needs to stop doing that. One play early in that game he avoided the contact going to the hole and missed the shot and the coach was pissed because at a minimum he needs to get to the line on that play. Adelman said he has the tools but he has to use them consistently.

After a rocky first game Wes really played well: 20.5 a game at 45% from 3, 48% from the field, and 93% from the line. Those are his final numbers and he was 5-17 in the first game.
