Yup. He's building the relationship with coaches and the coaches with him no matter what school they may be at then. And Fran just got here. He'll still be at Syracuse then. Much more likely than most other coaches. Fran will have had his second conference championship in the bag by then.

Fran said he wasn't going anywhere (unless fired or something unforseen) until his little girl graduates from HS , and that is 10 years I believe. The other coaches who knows, if they want head coaching or move up or on at another position. But HCFB has a good eye and he knows a lot of good coaches that I wouldn't worry.
