(other than a win of course) come out and play with 100% effort and heart. their last 2 sweet 16 appearances they started the game like it was a walk in the park. i watched the first half of the oklahoma game in 2009 and the butler game from 2010 this week, and youd never know it was a sweet 16 game on our end. oklahoma is fired up, their bench is fired up, we're just running up and down the court like its a scrimmage. the butler game wasnt much better. can we want a game more than the other team for once in sweet 16? its like we're too cool for school sometimes. dive for every loose ball, be like justin thomas and do jumping jacks in the zone, get fired up if you make a 3 or a dunk, the bench should be on their feet and fired up on every big play. its the sweet 16, lets act like it!!

I want to see Triche get going early. Couple threes and a nice drive

Against this tough m2m D I want to see some early alley oops to CJ and KJ. The oops seem to get this team fired up as much as anything else.

And if his threes are not dropping keep his head up and continue to drive/dish and crash the boards like an animal. Wiscy will not be fast breaking and it will be critical to get 2nd & 3rd chances if our gunners are not on.

agree with Corduroy - I want to see effort and hustle - no coming out flat tomorrow night dammit

We're on the same page. I actually can accept a loss if every player leaves every drop of sweat on the court. That, above all, was what drove me nuts about the UNCA game: the players didnt appear as if they even wanted to be there. The KSU game was a total 180 and the passion was back on display. That's really all it comes down to.

It's strange how this team isn't ooping as much as past teams. With Wes, that was so much fun, because he could go up and get anything while running along the baseline.

I DONT want to see Scoop throwing alleys from 40 feet away that bounce off the top corner of the backboard. This is going to be a possession game.

Hate to use a football cliche, but, the team that turns it over less will probably win.

Funny, I would much rather win with a ho hum half hearted effort, this stuff is for the birds, "who wants it more" "game face" etc/ It's the sweet 16 for christ sake, every team knows what is at stake. OKlahoma was much better team than we were in 2009 and Butler was no fluke either minues Arinze

so you've never seen a more talented team play flat and lose to a team that was clearly out-hustling them?

Winning and effort often go hand in hand.

Priority #1 should be not going down 13-2 like we usually do

I want to see CJ hit a 14 footer to open the game, and I want to see MCW get some run in both halves.

I just don't want to see the Badgers start out like 1-8 or something and we're stuck on 2 points. We need to capitalize when/if they go cold. Will be tough but I'm feeling a little better about this game than earlier in the week.

I want to see CJ hit that shot early as well - we will need that this game. Frankly, I do not give a if MCW plays or not. Our top three guards should be able to cover the 80 minutes.
