Play 1. quick screen to Estime in Motion, but Dungey doesnt throw it.. looked like it was open only 1 defender there. then get PI. Play 2. Play action roll out to TE. if TE goes left he is wide open. play has him go right but Strick cant block DE and it gets blown up Play 3. AT rakes fade, runs a slant, AT drops the throw. but its a bad pass, it cant be high, anywhere below the shoulder its a TD.. perfect play call for that D. Play 4. strange call, RB and AT lined on same side. very little room, then the fade throw is way off line. Play 5. strange play design. turns out to be an option. there is only 1 defender outside but ED attacks the line and gets swallowed up. Not bad play by the D but I think if he attacks the pitch man its a walk in for Strickland 7th drive. false start after bad field position again. Center gets beat, but Dungey completes the throw. Then LG gets beat and Dungey runs. then run Draw and someone messes up the block. a couple nice passes, a double throw pass. LT gets beat and Dungey runs. the Center gets dumped and Dungey runs and completes a pass.A ton of time and Dungey throws it away. LG/Center blow combo block and Dungey gets hurt. Fallowed by bad snap but we get a FG attempt and miss. 8th Drive. After VT gets a TD called back, they miss the FG and we score. We start off safe, VT uses the TOs. We complete short pass get a FD then complete a very scary throw to cross the 50. Another missed block by the center but we complete a throw. They Conway gets beat and Dunget gets decked , then RT gets beat and ED throws it away and we kick a FG in short 8 drives. 2 long scores. 2 RZ drives with Zero points. 1 drive we ran out of time. we started with long fields several times. we took too many unforced penalties. the oline spread the blame around, but most of the issue was communication with handing guys off. We took long shots in 3rd and manageable spots several times stopping a couple drives. we didn't score from the 1 and turned a 27-10 game into a 17-3 game. looking at the play calls i think the slick field was as much to blame for the Wake issues as the wind/rain. We run a ton of short quick stop plays that are hard to run in that weather. Best thing was the lack of drops meant we kept ahead of the chains except for the penalties. [/QUOTE]
