(NCAA would have to provide the Absolute best in snow removal in between each quarter and every tv timeout, think Buffalo Bills playing surface on a snowy day not Philadelphia Eagles.) You want that home game in your sunny warm weather state well then Just Win Baby. I would add that the losers of the second round games would play in the Fiesta and or Cotton or some other BCS this year with the #9 & 10 teams used as BCS bowlers for intriguing matchups. This year that would add BCS #9 South Carolina and BCS #10 Oregon (Sweet) to the bowl matchups. After the teams that make the championship are decided announce the BCS bowls and everyone would get a week to prepare for whoever their opponent is to keep the playing field level. I think doing this would likely give us better championship games also because it is less likely that either team is going to come out flat by eliminating the 40+ day layoff from the conf. championships.
