On the drive to Albany that Sunday, I had to stop for gas.

The pump shut off at exactly $19.87

I squeezed the handle again, and it shut off at $19.96

You know damn well I pumped $20.03 worth of gas that day.

The night of the Auburn Sweet 16 game it was 70 degrees out. People were in shorts. When I drove back to Albany for the Elite 8 Oklahoma game I almost turned around because I was sliding on ice all over the highway. That's what I always remember for some reason.

I was at the auburn game. It was the first Syracuse game I ever went to. Stopped there with my father and my best friend on the way up to Vermont for a weekend of skiing. I was only 14. Great memory.

Well we did have to play MSU in Detroit two years ago but that didn't stop us from beating them

I remember getting teary-eyed with my fiancé with 20-seconds left in a dominant performance in heavy Syracuse-influenced atmosphere.

I remember cancelling meetings with priests, florists and other wedding planning events as I got ready-eyed with my fiancé’ in New Orleans

Six weeks later, all 165 people at our wedding received CDs of the championship win. And I didn’t cry.

The "Hey" Song on Friday night and Sunday afternoon was awesome in Albany. "Boomer Sooner" fans had no idea what happened to them. What an amazing weekend!
