Luke Schwasnick, M, Oceanside (N.Y.) has verbally committed to Syracuse. A 6-foot-1, 190-pound athlete with 4.5 speed, Schwasnick is a member of the Long Island Thunder and the Turf Island Oilers, he started on varsity the past two years, contributing 44 goals and 14 assists this past year. This summer, he participated in Top 205, the Nassau/Suffolk Showcase and Peak 200. Schwasnick strongly considered Stony Brook, Hofstra, UMass and Rutgers.
J.R. Zazzara, M, CBA-Syracuse (N.Y.) has verbally committed to Syracuse. A 6-1, 180-pound midfielder who put up 12 goals and 6 assists as a varsity player in 2012, Zazzara was also a member of the NY/NJ-based United Lacrosse program, he played at Maverik Showtime, the Syracuse Shootout, Summer Slam and MVP. He also considered Johns Hopkins.
