I have looked at each teams non conference schedules and 5 teams have no non conference game schedules for week 3 (9/15) : Pittsburgh, Georgia Tech, Florida State, Boston College and us.
Either someone is going to be on bye or someone has to move their non conference game( vs uconn, vs temple, to this weekend from 9/29 to 9/15
my bet on us or bc since georgia tech and fsu were forced into early byes this year by mother nature and pittsburghs non conference opponents don't fit in week 3.
