Boot is a much better sign then an ACL or other knee injury. Still has 3+ weeks before the season starts. Wouldn't panic yet but clearly we can't afford to lose Ruff or another DT.

That's just the nature of the position. It's wear and tear, rolling ankles, guys blocking low, tripping over bodies on the ground...keep your fingers crossed, sacrifice 10 goats to Odin or whatever mojo you believe in because interior dline is going to need it. We just are not deep there at this time.

guess this is why a lot of us were hoping we could find a grad transfer DT for this season. cross your toes for no more injuries and that Williams comes back soon. if he is ready for the Maryland game I will take that.

Chris Elmore reminds me of that kid in youth football that was so much bigger than any other player. So, the coach sticks him at RB or TE, gets him the ball and says "let's see if anyone on the other team can tackle you."

Man just watching that short clip above our secondary is going to be awesome. Cisco looks like a NFL player. Kid must of worked his ass off during the offseason to put on the size he did. Trill is a stud!
