I like  a lot of what the Red Sox have and I like what they are able to do right now.  Henry is smarter at business than 99% of the public.  He will have control of the Red Sox after it goes public.  The soccer team is bringing in money hand over fist.  What he really wants from this public offering, is the ability to buy more soccer teams. The last one couldn't have worked out better.  Both for his bottom line and the fans of Liverpool.  I do wonder how that wouldn't be a conflict of interest but it seems that sort of thing isn't important anymore.
