For those 0-0 folks who didn't make picks yesterday, you can still pick the other games. The entire contest isn't locked. Each game is off the board once that game starts. First game today starts at 11:00 AM.

I just realized that I could rank the games for points. Was wondering why my stellar 6-3 record only had me ranked 15.

I can change them, but now it seems too hard. I can't figure out how I'd even want to prioritize them. Just rolling with it.

I don't put much thought into confidence points. After I pick all the games, I look at the percentage who picked each team so far. If it's like over 90% for a team, I figure I should be pretty confident about the pick and move it to the bottom for more confident points.

There is no rhyme or reason to this. There never is. Anyone with fewer than 5 games wrong at this point should be burned at the stake as a soothsaying warlock. After 15 games, I am so disgusted that I literally flipped a coin for the rest of them and am just going to ride it out without remorse.

I used to enjoy bowl season so much more before entering contests. Back then, I thought watching lotsa games between random teams would be more fun with something at stake. Now when wacky things happen or the team I picked loses a barnburner, I get really annoyed instead of enjoying it as an impartial viewer who appreciates the fun of college football. But am I gonna stop playing Bowl Pick'Em? Nah!

When I was at SU my roommates and I used to pick the Bowl games and the winner did not pay their share of cable for the 2nd semester. It was high stakes 20 years ago on South Campus and not sure with current cable prices anyone would agree to it now
