Essentially the decision told Goodell and NFL that the arbitrary ad hoc punishments are over. You need to put it on paper and notify the players. For instance: sexual assaults w/o violence. Min of 2games, max of 17 games, per event. Physical assault , 4-17 games, ...violent felony conviction - lifetime ban, etc. It's gotta be in the employee manual.
